THE LOW GEAR FAQ MANIFEST

THE KIT & PRODUCT CARE

  • To keep the finish looking sharp:

    1. Flip it: Wash the garment inside out.

    2. Cool it: Use a cold wash (30°C).

    3. Air it: Do not tumble dry.

    4. Protect it: Never iron directly onto the flock livery.

  • No. This is a critical point. All Low Gear apparel is casual lifestyle wear only. Our products do not contain armor, are not abrasion-resistant (no Kevlar/Dyneema), and are not CE-rated for riding. They are built for the style, not slide.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

  • Yes. We call these Commissions. Whether it’s a small run for a club or a bespoke one-off design, we specialise in high-quality garment printing and custom hardware. Use the [Start a Commission] button to get in touch with the Proprietor.

  • None. We operate with no minimum order quantities, allowing for true small-batch fabrication, whether you need one custom piece or a full club run.

RETURNS & REDEMPTION

    • Standard Items: Yes. If it’s not for you, you have 14 days to return it in pristine, unwashed condition.

    • Bespoke Commissions: If we’ve customized an item specifically for you (custom names, unique colors), these are non-refundable unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault.

For more information read our Terms and Conditions.

  • This is our version of a Gift Voucher. Unlike corporate vouchers, ours never expire. They are valid for life. Note that they are single-use; any remaining balance after a transaction cannot be carried over, so we recommend using the full value in one go.

LOGISTICS (SHIPPING & CUSTOMS)

  • Everything is dispatched from our workshop in Scotland, United Kingdom.

  • Yes. We ship worldwide. However, please note that for international orders, you (the customer) are responsible for any import duties or local taxes applied by your country’s customs office.

  • Since many of our items are "Print on Demand" or small-batch, we usually aim to have your kit dispatched within 3-5 working days. You’ll receive a "Dispatch Note" email the moment it hits the road.
