We build heavyweight goods, but sometimes the fit isn't perfect. Whether you need a different size or found a genuine gremlin in the stitching, we’ll sort it out personally

The protocol

  2. We will review the ticket and email you the return instructions within 1 business day.

The deal

  • Size swap/changed mind - You cover the postage, we cover the shipping of the new item back to you.

  • Manufacturing fault - We cover all the postage and shipping fees.

All returns are inspected upon arrival to ensure they are unworn and the fault is genuine. We treat you fairly, so please do the same for us.
